My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
No worries. We are here to help. We offer a 30 day return and exchange policy. You can get full refund or an exchange within 14 days. After 14 days expire, you can only exchange the item to a new one.
How often do you update your inventory?
We strive to update our inventory as soon as we receive items from our manufacturers. We do not have specific dates so please check our Ecrater seller's page frequently to find new merchandise.
